Engraving Mechanism (Technical Explanation)
This engraving pen uses an electromagnetic reciprocating engraving system, not a rotating motor. An internal electromagnetic coil produces controlled linear motion that drives the engraving tip in a rapid impact pattern.
The vibration intensity is electronically regulated through a 5-level speed adjustment dial. Lower settings generate gentle, low-frequency vibration suitable for delicate marking and fine detailing, while higher settings increase impact frequency and force for deeper, more pronounced engravings.
Unlike rotary engraving tools that rely on spinning bits and abrasive cutting, this impact-based system produces clean markings with improved control, reduced surface damage, and greater stability. The result is consistent engraving depth, accurate detailing, and reduced operator fatigue across various materials.
